James is a seasoned healthcare executive with a wealth of experience in value-based care, behavioral health, and provider engagement and activation. Throughout his journey at esteemed organizations including Tufts Medical Center, CVS Health, Evolent, and Lumeris, James realized that healthcare leaders face time constraints while grappling with the industry’s rapid changes. This insight led to the creation of IC Innovations—an opportunity to support both innovators developing solutions and the healthcare organizations who need said solutions. By streamlining market entry for emerging healthcare solutions and facilitating the vetting of these innovations for healthcare organizations, James and his team at IC Innovations bring together the right blend of individuals, procedures, and technologies to truly make a difference.
Kelly brings a unique skill set and a passion for innovation from her dynamic experience in finance, tech startups, health tech, and her 4-year tenure at Amazon. Having experienced the shortcomings within the healthcare industry, she’s leaned into mission-driven healthcare technology innovators, helping lead the adoption of cutting-edge solutions contributing a meaningful impact on patient care and operations for health plans and providers.

Carol is an innovative managed care expert with over 20 years of experience leading professional organizations such as Holy Cross Health, SOHO Health, and CareCentrix in clinical integration and care management strategies, program and technology development, revenue optimization, and clinical operations. Carol’s areas of expertise include care management, care coordination, disease management, provider performance, risk adjustment, and care integration. Carol is a Registered Nurse with a Masters Degree in Healthcare Administration.
